Xavier "Jay" Loza
Xavier Loza serves as the General Manager of Randy Franks Studio and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role since 2008, Mr. Loza has helped establish Randy Franks Studio as a respected, award-winning design firm, both regionally and nationwide. Under his management, Randy Franks Studio consistently achieves year-over-year growth with both commercially and private held projects.
Mr. Loza's responsibilities and influence extended throughout all areas of the organization including strategic planning and execution, project management, product development, technology deployment, and customer and network operations. Randy Franks Studio has been well recognized under Mr. Loza's leadership, appearing in publications such as the Los Angeles Times, Martha Stewart magazine, Angelino Magazine, Luxe Magazine, and the Santa Barbara Independent- to name a few.
Prior to working with Randy Franks Studio, Mr. Loza held project management, general manager, and HR positions at national companies and within political campaigns. Mr. Loza was recognized in 2012 by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a young leader with its prestigious “40 Under 40 to watch” distinction.
His public relation articles, political commentary, fiction , poems and drawings have been published in magazines, association newsletters, literary journals and newspapers in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, NYC, Mexico City and the UK. He also has sat on the board for various film festivals and non-profits.
Mr. Loza currently lives in Santa Barbara with his two dogs. In his spare time he is an art and rare books enthusiast; attends many productions and concerts; as well as getting in his car and exploring the world.
